Job Description

Lead strategic planning and execution of business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct thorough analysis to identify functional product needs, breaking down high-level expectations into detailed technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including use case diagrams and process flows, to clarify technical requirements.
  • Engage stakeholders and resources to facilitate project success, ensuring clear communication and consensus building.
  • Oversee the completion of assigned projects, providing guidance to technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Validate delivered functionality meets customer expectations through User Acceptance Testing efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in end-to-end systems development processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and complex information translation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and leadership abilities to guide teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Hands-on experience with tools for APIs and solid understanding of software development concepts.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
