\As a strategic leader, we seek an exceptional Retail District Manager to drive commercial success and deliver outstanding customer experiences in Lucknow, India.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Drive district performance through sales growth, productivity, and retail key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to enhance store manager performance
- Evaluate new store opportunities and draft comprehensive proposals
- Build a high-performance culture, fostering a service-oriented and selling-driven environment
- Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and directives
- Promote the brand by embodying its attitude and values
District Footprint Management:
\- Analyze and evaluate new store opportunities, including relocation and resizing initiatives
- Develop and present new store proposals, ensuring optimal store portfolio efficiency and profitability
District People Management:
\- Establish a high-performance culture, analyzing team performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Coach store managers to develop their leadership skills and drive a service-oriented culture
- Review and optimize budgeted headcounts to minimize full-time equivalent costs
- Develop succession plans for key district roles
District Compliances & Brand Representation:
\- Ensure legal and financial integrity of the district's store portfolio
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and directives
- Manage risk, focusing on loss prevention and health and safety protocols
- Maintain high standards for in-store brand execution and embody the brand's values
