Job Opportunity:
As a Front Desk Professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day front desk operations and creating a positive first impression of our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with a professional demeanor and maintaining a welcoming environment at all times.
- Overseeing daily front desk operations, including answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and managing visitor records.
- Coordinating correspondence, such as emails and courier services, to ensure timely routing of information.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area that reflects our organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or a relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident, presentable, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
