Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in front office management, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Superb supervisory and managerial skills, with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding guest service, coupled with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Able to think creatively, offering innovative solutions to complex problems and providing support when needed.
