Republic World is looking for a confident and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors—your demeanor and communication should reflect the brand's energy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Visitors:
Receive all guests, clients, and external stakeholders with a courteous and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming and positive first impression of the organization.
- Front Desk Operations:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front desk, including promptly answering and directing telephone calls, and addressing general inquiries in an efficient manner.
- Visitor Management and Security Compliance:
Maintain accurate visitor records by registering and monitoring all guests. Ensure strict adherence to the organization's security and access control procedures.
- Communication Handling:
Coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers, emails, and telephone communications. Ensure timely routing of information to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Reception Area Maintenance:
Uphold a clean, organized, and professional reception environment that reflects the organization's image and standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in a front desk/receptionist/guest handling role.
- Looking for an Immediate Joiner .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .
- Confident, presentable, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
