Job Opportunity

This is a full-time role that requires relocation. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise combined with strong problem-solving and user communication skills, preferably within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business continuity of applications and related databases.
  • Monitor systems, handle routine issues, job failures, perform first-level triage
  • Detailed troubleshooting, bug identification, environment support, workflow fixes
  • Deep-dive technical analysis, architecture-level guidance, complex integrations
  • Manage and support application deployments, version upgrades, infrastructure components.
  • Provide production support, resolve issues, meet defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct workflow design optimization using BPM.
  • Troubleshoot and support templates integrations.
  • Support integration components using APIGEE Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Analyze data provide resolution to business query on data.
  • Work closely with microservices architecture understand DevOps pipelines.
  • Maintain traceability transparency through tools like JIRA

Technical Expertise Required:
