About the Role:

  • Support applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Review and verify documents to guarantee seamless processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for efficient application handling.
  • Monitor application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
  • Maintain precise records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
  • Address queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process, providing clear explanations and solutions.
  • Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes, applying this knowledge to optimize application outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on international relations or law.
  • 1-2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new software systems.
