Subscription Billing Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to address a critical single point of failure in their subscription billing infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and resolve risks within the Zuora platform to ensure operational continuity
  • Design and optimize customer experience workflows across billing and subscription journeys
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and CX teams to align Zuora capabilities with business goals
  • Implement best practices for Zuora configuration, automation, and data integrity
  • Provide technical leadership and documentation to reduce future dependency risks
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Zuora Engineer or Architect in enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of subscription billing models and customer lifecycle management
  • Hands-on expertise with Zuora APIs, Workflow Designer, Product Catalog, and Reporting
  • Experience integrating Zuora with CRM (e.g. Salesforce), ERP, and data platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

This is a hybrid role with flexibility, working fully remotely. Collaboration across global teams and time zones is essential.
