Job Title: MEP Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled project manager to lead our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) project execution and management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the overall planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works at project sites.
- Design Coordination: Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Resource Management: Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and support project teams in smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP project execution and management.
- Recent Experience: Recent hands-on experience in Data Centers, Hi-Tech Buildings, and R&D Centres is mandatory.
- Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of design coordination, installation, testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
