MEP Project Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for high-rise buildings, residential buildings, and townships.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and water distribution.
  • Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all MEP systems.
  • Evaluate all systems to ensure they meet relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Design and optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact.
  • Prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for all MEP scope of work.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during the design, installation, or operational phases.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Techncial Knowledge:
  • A deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.
  • Ability to manage project timelines and resources related to MEP installations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Precision in reviewing designs and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience, preferably in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, and townships.
