Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MEP and HVAC engineer to lead the design and implementation of MEP and HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects.

This role requires expertise in chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and heat load calculations as per ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and selecting HVAC equipment, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with clients and consultants.

About the Role

  • Perform heat load calculations and cooling load estimations.
  • Design and select chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Prepare HVAC system layouts using AutoCAD / Revit.
  • Develop BOQ, technical specifications, design reports, tender documents, and equipment data sheets.
  • Manage documentation, submittals, and approvals with clients and consultants.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Essential Skills

  • Strong knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems, including chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and heat load calculations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit and ability to prepare detailed HVAC system layouts.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working on high-rise building projects.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) software.
