HVAC Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the design and development of HVAC systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Your primary focus will be on designing and managing the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop HVAC systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Manage the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Evaluate test reports and oversee construction of HVAC systems.
  • Review equipment and material submittals.
  • Assist and resolve HVAC issues during/after construction.
  • Complete construction visits and address issues with regard to HVAC systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years experience OR Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years experience.
  • Working knowledge of Revit.
