MEP Manager – Semiconductor Project

The MEP Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a Semiconductor manufacturing facility.

This role requires expertise in cleanroom environments, critical utilities, and complex infrastructure. Key areas of focus include managing MEP activities, coordinating with design consultants and contractors, installing and testing critical systems, and ensuring compliance with international codes/standards and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects
  • Proven expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
