Project Management Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse teams and ensuring timely delivery while adhering to quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough due diligence on technical aspects of projects, including MEP and local authority approvals processes;
  • Reviewing drawings and BOQs, taking ownership of project documentation;
  • Developing and presenting comprehensive project plans, including milestone timelines and procurement strategies;
  • Maintaining attention to detail and quality control throughout the construction process;
  • Collaborating with consultants, architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Applying logical thinking and value engineering to optimize project outcomes;
  • Providing constructability reviews and recommending mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages;
  • Juggling multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities;
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients;
  • Documenting minutes, communicating risks, and implementing mitigation plans as necessary;
  • Utilizing construction management tools and software efficiently;
  • Traveling to other cities for project work if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 02-04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry, preferably in D&B or coworking space backgrounds;
  • A B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree, with specialization in MEP, obtained through full-time day courses;
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial project management, team management, research, and problem-solving skills.
