Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to lead our consultancy projects and drive innovative design excellence across diverse sectors.

About the Role

  • Lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage small to mid-value projects independently, preparing and reviewing architectural documentation to meet client and statutory requirements.
  • Chair interdisciplinary meetings, coordinate teams, set clear project goals, and manage resources to meet strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough reviews of architectural, civil, and MEP drawings for accuracy and compliance, identifying and resolving design or coordination issues in MEP systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external MEP engineers, leading coordination meetings to prevent technical clashes.

Compliance & Permit Liaison

  • Develop and implement proactive permit application strategies, maintaining communication with regulatory authorities and interpreting local/national building codes, fire regulations, PESO guidelines, NBC, and municipal by-laws.
  • Submit compliance documents and manage technical responses to authority queries.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects are necessary.
  • Deep experience in preparing and submitting statutory documents to municipal and specialist agencies is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office is expected.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards including UDCPR, NBC, IBC, and NFPA is essential.
  • Proven skills in team leadership, mentoring, and process improvement are desired.
