Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project director to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills to monitor project updates and present them to relevant stakeholders or team members.

About the Role
  • Set a realistic project timeline and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and track project deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations.
  • Keep stakeholders and team members informed about project progress through regular updates and meetings.
  • Coach and support team members with assigned tasks, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and proper documentation, including project records and reports.
  • Lead and manage MEP activities across projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless integration and efficient project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is a plus.
