Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our luxury villa and bungalow projects from design to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on quality, precision, and timely delivery.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging leadership position that requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive value engineering to optimize cost without compromising on luxury standards.
  2. Quality & Detailing: Maintain an uncompromising focus on finishing and detailing, ensure every element meets international luxury standards, and build strong working relationships with external vendors.
  3. Team Leadership & Engagement: Lead smaller but more intense teams, emphasize quality over quantity of projects, provide mentorship, and encourage a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence within the team.
  4. Financial & Contractual Oversight: Manage construction finance, including billing, budgeting, value engineering, and contract management, navigate fragmented supply chains, and proactively handle risks and cost escalations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, hotels) preferred.
  • Age: Below 40 years.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Young, energetic, and detail-oriented with a passion for luxury standards.
  • Comfortable working in unstructured environments and managing fragmented supply chains.
  • Ability to thrive with smaller spans of control and fewer but more complex projects.
  • Hands-on leadership style with deep involvement in execution and finishing.
