BIM Project Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned BIM Project Lead to spearhead the execution of multiple Architecture, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in team management, project planning, client engagement, business development, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Lead concurrent BIM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established standards.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project outcomes.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Act as primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Business Development:
    • Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and showcasing expertise.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative strategies into project workflows.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight:
    • Maintain meticulous control over project expenses and resource allocation, ensuring financial viability.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality or client satisfaction.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, adhering to relevant standards and guidelines.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in BIM project management.
  • Expertise in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

Chennai (No remote work options).
