We are looking for a skilled BIM Electrical Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating 3D electrical models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. This role requires expertise in electrical design, Revit MEP, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage 3D electrical models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 .
  • Create electrical layouts, schematics, conduit/tray routing, panel schedules, and lighting and ELV systems.
  • Prepare electrical circuit layouts, schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Ensure clash detection and resolution by coordinating with other MEP disciplines.
  • Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawings based on design models.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for BIM execution and coordination.
  • Follow project-specific BIM standards, LOD requirements, and documentation protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BIM electrical modelling for MEP projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, Di-Roots, Dynamo.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and cable routing.
  • Experience with clash detection, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
