Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to oversee our structural engineering and Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and modelers on multiple projects.
  • Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation.
  • C coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration.
  • Evaluate compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.
  • Perform design checks, clash detection, and model validation.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Candidate Profile: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards. Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Leadership and Soft Skills: Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
