Lead Structural Analysis Engineer

As a Structural Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and integrity management of complex facilities. This role requires a high degree of specialization, with a focus on end-to-end engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and engineering: Develop advanced structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete and steel structures, including pipe racks, platforms, foundations, and buildings.
- Project management and coordination: Lead the civil and structural aspects of projects from conceptual stages through execution, ensuring seamless integration of designs with other engineering disciplines.
- Integrity and maintenance: Conduct structural integrity assessments of existing facilities, performing fitness-for-service evaluations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Field and construction support: Perform site visits and inspections to ensure construction activities comply with design specifications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in a high-risk industry
- Proven experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects, with a strong background in structural analysis and design software (STAAD.Pro, SACS, ABAQUS)
- Expertise in international codes and standards (API, AISC, ASME)
