We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering design for buildings and social infrastructure projects.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise and knowledge in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structural design solutions for Social Infrastructure DPR projects (schools, hospitals, community centers, sanitation facilities, water supply structures, etc.).
- Review and finalize structural designs, drawings, and detailed estimates.
- Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and applicable international standards.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Evaluate foundation design, load calculations, earthquake-resistant design, and durability aspects.
- Prepare design basis reports, structural BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Assess DPR deliverables (draft and final reports) from a structural perspective.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams and support capacity building.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in structural engineering design for buildings and social infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with IS codes, IRC standards, and international guidelines.
- Able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
