Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced BIM project lead to oversee the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across various projects within our Mumbai studio.

The successful candidate will serve as a pivotal link between design, documentation, and digital execution, blending hands-on BIM modeling with strategic oversight and team mentorship.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and coordinating BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects
  • Collaborating with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices
  • Modeling and managing complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows
  • Developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries
  • Conducting quality control checks for Revit models and ensuring documentation accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD)
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects — preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies
