About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Community Operations Manager.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of our community environment. This includes building a collaborative atmosphere, organizing events, and working with local businesses to create engaging experiences for our members.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing community initiatives that foster relationships among members.
  • Managing billing and check-in/check-out processes for hourly or day-pass members.
  • Conducting center tours for potential new members.
  • Attending to member needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.

The Community Operations Manager will also work closely with the operations team to maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness of our spaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
