Community Engagement ManagerWe are seeking a Community Engagement Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and nurturing a vibrant, collaborative community.Job Description:As a Community Engagement Manager at our coworking spaces, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that fosters connection and growth among members. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring all their needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Addressing member inquiries and resolving issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with members by actively understanding their requirements and feedback.
Tours & Onboarding:You will conduct tours for potential clients, showcasing our facilities, amenities, and membership options. You will also lead the onboarding process for new members, providing orientation and helping them integrate smoothly into the community.Community Development & Engagement:You will plan and organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration. You will facilitate meaningful connections and collaborations among members to strengthen the community.Space & Operations Management:You will oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation. You will ensure that our space remains clean, fully functional, and well-maintained at all times.Marketing & Promotion:You will collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract new members. You will actively promote events, programs, and community updates through various communication channels.Reporting & Analytics:You will track and analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance. You will prepare detailed reports and share insights with management to support decision-making and operational improvements.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse members and create a welcoming community.
  • Organizational skills to manage the operations and events of our space.
  • Knowledge of coworking industry trends, community management best practices, and facility management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and responsibility for assigned work.
