JOB PURPOSE Youll collaborate closely with the Regional Communications Manager and school teams to take a strategic, creative approach to content planning and storytelling. As the functional communications lead for India, youll mentor and upskill school-based Communications Managers, supporting them through shared planning, content review cycles, and best practice development to ensure consistently high-quality output across all schools. Whether its digital or traditional media, youll help amplify our brand and spark meaningful engagement with our diverse audiences. Youll also lead internal communications for the India Officeworking with colleagues to craft messages that build a strong, positive culture and deepen alignment with Nord Anglia and our Oakridge schools. Shape and elevate content strategies across our schools to ensure every story is engaging, informative, and unmistakably Oakridge/Nord Anglia. 2. Review school-generated content and offer expert guidance on tone, frequency, and style. Establish and maintain content quality frameworks and feedback cycles to ensure consistency across schools. Introduce and model use of AI tools where appropriate. 3. Create or commission original content that brings our brand to life across digital and offline channels. 4. Collaborate on brand frameworks, lead generation, awareness campaigns and other regional communications initiatives that drive real impact. Be governor-in-chief of the school websites, ensuring that the content they contain is accurate, up-to-date and relevant 2. Champion the use of tools like Mailchimp, parent portals, and school apps to keep our communities informed and inspired. 3. Seek out PR and media opportunities that amplify our voice and values. Opening and clickthrough rates Industry standard PR metrics Other : - Planning, Training & Development: 1. Contribute to high-impact annual MAC planning, aligning communications with school USPs and audience insights. 2. Design and deliver training, inductions, and refreshers that empower teams and elevate standards. 3. Identify opportunities for best practice and content sharing across schools. Maintain the database of key India-wide influencers and ensure schools do likewise with more local and school-level influencers 2. Lead or co-lead regional campaigns across the India schools, including strategic messaging, asset development, and implementation planning. 2. Identify and facilitate shared campaign opportunities between schools to maximise efficiency, unify brand storytelling, and elevate the quality of outputs. Quality and reach of regional campaign deliverables Timely and consistent execution across participating schools Increased alignment and collaboration between schools Take a proactive approach to personal development 1. Work with the Regional Communications Manager to identify personal development objectives and implement a focused and straightforward Personal Development Plan. 2. Take ownership for requesting feedback from others in a timely fashion. 3. Provide both constructive and appreciative feedback both unprompted and when asked.
