- Oversee India-based CAC operations, ensuring seamless alignment, delivery excellence and measurable impact.

- Lead hiring, onboarding, resourcing and development for a high-performing communication team.

- Manage workflows, timelines and quality standards; introduce process improvements for scalability.

- Apply analytics and feedback to refine strategies, elevate quality and boost efficiency.

- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture rooted in feedback, mentorship and global best practices.

Continuous improvement - 10%

- Use metrics and assessments to enhance practices, productivity and results.

- Leverage technology/AI and insights to strengthen processes and outcomes.

Stakeholder management - 5%

- Act as a trusted communication advisor to India and enterprise leaders.

- Build strong partnerships across teams, enabling alignment and effective (REQUIRED OR PREFERRED): Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS (REQUIRED OR Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and channels.

- Proven track record of sound judgment in managing communications for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work with urgency, agility, and a solutions-focused mindset.

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate, influence, and build trust across teams and geographies.

- Ability to lead a team and foster a culture of continue learning and excellence.

EXPERIENCE (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR 6-8 years of progressive experience in communications or marketing roles.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated communications/marketing strategies for a global or matrixed organization.

- Prior experience managing and scaling high-performing teams, with operations oversight.

- Strong expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and engagement strategies.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

- Proficiency in AI tools, digital communication platforms, and reporting/dashboard tools.

- Data-driven approach with experience using metrics and insights to improve communication impact.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS (REQUIRED OR Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional and collaborative demeanor.

- Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects and competing deadlines.

- Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
