Job Title: Senior Creative Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our product design team in Bengaluru.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a group of web and graphic designers, promoting a collaborative and creative work environment.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals and marketing objectives.
  3. Oversee the development of websites, landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets, ensuring optimal user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive experience in a managerial role, specifically leading design teams. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and graphic design is essential.

Requirements:
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, etc.

This role demands a strong leader with exceptional design acumen, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring design professionals in a fast-paced software environment.
