Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Creative Visionary to lead our design team and drive visual excellence across all creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative execution of design projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop visual direction, themes, and concepts for branding, advertising, web, print, and multimedia design.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand brand guidelines, marketing goals, and project requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and junior art staff.
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics to ensure high-quality output.
  • Stay updated with design trends, technologies, and tools to bring fresh perspectives.
  • Presentation and pitching skills are essential.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of visual style guides and asset libraries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a design studio or creative agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and visual storytelling is essential.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc., and relevant design tools.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design.

Preferred Skills:

  • Motion graphics, UI/UX, or animation experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of photography, video production, and print production processes.
  • Client-facing roles or creative presentations experience is beneficial.
