Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead our team in developing innovative campaigns for the Real Estate Industry.

As Senior Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for creating compelling narratives and campaign messaging across various platforms, collaborating with talented creatives to connect brands with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership & Vision: Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and articulate the overall creative vision and strategy for assigned brands and projects.
  • Concept Development & Execution: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts, develop and present visual ideas to internal teams and clients, and oversee project execution to meet strategic objectives and quality standards.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of art directors and designers, fostering their growth and providing constructive feedback.
  • Client Collaboration & Presentation: Build strong relationships with clients, presenting creative concepts and design solutions with clarity and confidence.
