
Key Client Partner

As a seasoned Key Client Partner, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued clients.
You will have a deep understanding of their banking and investment needs, providing expert insights on financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
Participate in client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services, strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients, excellent client engagement and customer service skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills include knowledge of NRI financial regulations and products, client engagement and relationship management, and customer interaction and communication.
