Job Title: Client Servicing Executive
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to serve as our primary point of contact for assigned clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to ensure smooth execution of deliverables and support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and execution of deliverables.
- Support the comprehensive management of projects, campaigns, and events from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.
- Manage social media accounts for clients – ensuring consistent, on-brand content and timely updates.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Provide creative ideas and solutions to enhance clients' digital and offline presence.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for event-related requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is an asset).
- Demonstrated understanding of event management and/or production would be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attend in-person meetings within Bangalore.
- An outgoing personality with a passion for building strong relationships with clients.
