Revolutionizing the construction industry is a top priority for us, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in this endeavour. We aim to create a playbook that showcases technology and process as key drivers of success.
The Indian real estate market is expected to reach significant milestones in the near future, with $650 billion projected by 2025 and $1 trillion by 2030. Despite these predictions, however, a staggering 85% of construction remains unorganized.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing our network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners. Your strategic plans will target and approach potential partners, assessing their suitability based on market presence, reputation, and alignment with company values. You will present our offerings and benefits to potential partners, fostering strong relationships with channel partners and real estate agents.
You will also strengthen our sales network by collaborating with partners to develop co-marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales. You will monitor partner performance, provide feedback, training, and support to help them meet sales targets, and maintain a comprehensive customer database through channel partner interactions.
Analysis of customer data will enable you to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts. You will develop strategies for expanding the customer database and optimize client meetings by coordinating with our Technical Sales Team. Daily communication with channel partners will be crucial in identifying opportunities for client meetings, scheduling and coordinating meetings between clients and the Technical Sales Team, and providing follow-up support after meetings.
A successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, and 2+ years of relevant experience. They must have a proven track record in designing and delivering effective sales training programs, a strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and construction industry dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt training strategies to meet regional requirements.
