Join Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited and take on the role of a Collection Executive - Cash Flow Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving branch collection targets in a timely and professional manner.

The successful candidate will report any deviation in collection or receipt of member dues/payments to ensure smooth operations.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving target of Receipts On Credit (ROCs) and regularizing for future payments
  • Collecting and regularizing overdue cases
  • Maintaining three plus ROC cancellation of net sales
  • Achieving minimum Asset Service Fee (ASF) target
  • Escalating any collection-related issue/ deviations to the collection manager
  • Keeping abreast with organization's products and services and keeping up to date with changes

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong collections and credit experience, analytical ability, strong results orientation, high energy and passion, and high customer centricity. Additionally, they should have persuasion and judgment skills.
