Job Overview:

Policy Formulation and Alignment

We are seeking a skilled professional to formulate and align policies based on business requirements and regulatory frameworks.

This role requires the ability to ensure compliance with existing regulations and develop strategies for competition benchmarking and policy review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and align policies with business requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Evaluate compliance with existing regulations and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of portfolios and identify early warning signs of portfolio health issues.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve policy effectiveness and process efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams to design and implement policies and scorecards in BRE and LOS systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of business requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with IT systems and designing policies and scorecards.
