Roles and Responsibilities

Policy formulation foracquisition,Risk control assessment and PortfolioReview,todevelop,analyzeandimplement creditrisk strategy for Personal Loanand Microfinance Vertical Define specific key risk indicators to evaluate risk trends and implement effective risk management processes to identify potential risk in the underwritten portfolio Provide feedback on proposed new product programs and formulate set of acceptable program criteria in terms of exposure caps, customer selection parameters, delinquency, exception reporting and other risk triggers Draft the CrossSell programsand processfor existing borrowers,consideringportfolio performance as well as customer experience Set up processes, reviews and monitoring policies for indicating early warning signals on credit quality and taking corrective action by liaising cross functionally Review creditand lending policies of theorganizationat regular intervals to ensure that the same is line with regulatory requirements Demonstrated outstandingperformance in setting up quality standards for various operational areas while adhering to the farmedpolicyand work processes,Devising MIS & implementingprocedures for streamlining the Credit processes Formulate Product programs, carry out trainings, and hand hold the regional teams for effective implementation of the productnorms,Impart training and learnings for effective control and adherence to program norms Designing, Implementing and Monitoring CreditPolicyNorms for Loan Processing Conducting Portfolio Review to monitor the performance of asset with the help of different risk parameters Hind-sighting of disbursed cases to assess accuracy of BRE and are within credit norms to prevent fraudulent activities Working with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales, Collections, Operations and IT for design, implementation and roll-out of projects and products. . . UAT of Rules and Changes implemented in rule engine to ensure proper functioning Analyzing geographies with market potential / high delinquency for activation / deactivation of business sourcing based on Industry & Competitor Trends (Geo Expansion and Rundown Analysis ) . Preparation and analysis of MIS for understanding of ongoing business activity and future plans
