Job Description">

This role is responsible for managing the progress and performance of a team that handles customer relations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage customers in significant discussions.

Key responsibilities include handling customer/sales requests, providing prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries, and coordinating the processing of credits and product replacements. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of logistics and returns, allocations, material management, vendor and carrier relationship management, contract management, credit & debit, warehouse follow-up, inbound & outbound accrual freight report, and consolidated reports for logistics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in order management or customer relations">
  • Excellent professional experience in order management/quoting and contracting or customer relations">
  • Industry experience in services or hi-tech industry">
  • Knowledge of process/domain experience including order management (entry/amendment), quote to cash process and sales administration, coordination with logistics/supply chain teams, pre-sales & post-sales support">
  • Ability to learn quickly and possess key behaviors such as accountability, planning and organization, teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving">
