**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Antier Solutions Pvt Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities within the server hosting and cloud infrastructure industry.
This role will involve building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and aligning the company's hosting services to meet these requirements.
**Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape in the server hosting industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities, targeting businesses that need hosting solutions, data center services, and cloud infrastructure.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, service issues, and escalations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical and business needs, presenting customized solutions that align with their requirements.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the server hosting, cloud services, or IT solutions industry.
- Strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, negotiation, and an understanding of hosting technologies.
- Familiarity with server hosting concepts, cloud computing, data centers, and IT infrastructure solutions is highly desirable.
