Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Experience Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking & Ticketing: Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery, handling reservations, bookings, reissuance, and cancellations for domestic and international flights.
  • GDS Proficiency: Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for booking, fare calculation, and routing tasks.
  • Client Service: Provide clients with best available routing and pricing options, ensuring timely issuance and delivery of travel documents and e-tickets.
  • Coordination & Problem-Solving: Resolve ticketing or travel-related queries through email, phone, or chat, and coordinate with airlines and travel partners as needed.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client communication, adhering to company policies and airline fare rules.
