Job Title: Travel Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create bespoke travel itineraries that cater to customers' preferences and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, modes of transportation, accommodation, insurance, and other travel services.
  • Promote and sell tour packages (FIT/GIT) including flights, hotels, visas, sightseeing, and transfers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for bookings and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Evaluate and ensure all travel arrangements meet customer expectations and company standards.
  • Process payments and manage documentation including visas, travel insurance, and travel advisories.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and solicit feedback for repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, destination information, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Tour Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
