Enterprise IT Security Specialist

At the forefront of security and technology, we're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a System Security Analyst.
The role will be part of the Colleague Services organization, working within the Colleague Experience Group to provide outstanding services and capabilities that enhance the colleague experience.
This includes maintaining HR system access, role management, and configuration changes across systems, ensuring adherence to information security policy and regulatory rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain user access within Oracle HCM system and related security process documentation.
- Build custom roles supporting HCM application and HR business processes.
- Monitor, resolve, and respond to access questions and requests pertaining to Oracle HCM system access and functionality.
- Partner with managers and peers to support agile execution of Oracle HCM system security configuration, upgrades, and implementations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience leading security management for enterprise-scale SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management tools, identity governance, and user access lifecycle management.
