Job Summary

Are you looking for a challenging role that will allow you to use your technical skills to make a real difference? As a Technical Support/Presales Engineer, you will be working with our fast-growing global business to design, plan and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments. You must be excellent communicator and able to build rapport with clients of different regions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, plan and implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in Enterprise Environments
  2. Helping existing customers on outstanding issues through support tickets.
  3. Work closely with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements.
  4. Creation of technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
  5. Delivering technical demonstrations to customers across the globe.
  6. Ensuring that customer's expectations are met within committed timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in relevant area.
  • Minimum 2 years software customer service and support experience required.
  • Microsoft Certification is a plus.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal English communication, written and presentation skills required.
  • Experience of working with a ticketing tool before, ex - Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience of delivering product presentations to clients in a pre-sale context.
