Job Overview

As a senior-level expert in advanced support for Cisco UCCE and UCCX solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical expertise to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch troubleshooting services for complex issues, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal downtime.

Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of VOIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and a solid grasp of voice network deployment models and voice network devices functioning.

  • Supporting experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions.
  • Clear understanding of VOIP protocols, Cisco Voice network deployment models, and Telecom infrastructure protocols.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
