Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Release Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Release Manager. This position requires advanced level support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and third-party call recording platforms.

  • Provide advanced level support for Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and third-party call recording platforms
  • Troubleshoot basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC issues
  • Create MACD in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes
  • Understand Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices
  • Utilize VOIP and Performance Management Tools with integration experience with other tools
  • Hold a clear understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signaling
  • Work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment
  • Hold experience with Cisco Voice platforms and CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP
  • Hold strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Coordinate with Third Party Providers to resolve telecommunications problems and OEMs for incident resolution
  • Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities including system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation creation, upgrades, and site coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for all service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions
  • Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation, initiate and implement process improvements

This role requires 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management.
