We are seeking a skilled Unified Communications Specialist to drive business growth through innovative solutions. As a key member of our team, you will design, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge UC systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable UC architectures, incorporating CUCM, CUC, IM & Presence, and Expressways.
  • PSTN trunking and interoperability expertise, including SIP trunks, PRIs with carriers, codec negotiation, SIP headers, and call routing logic.
  • CUBE and Voice Gateway configurations, including advanced IOS gateway setup (MGCP, H.323, SIP), dial peers, DSP resources, and survivability strategies.
  • Analog Devices knowledge, encompassing Analog Gateways, Analog Phones, Fax Devices, DTMF & Dial-tone behavior, FXS/FXO Ports.
  • End-to-end call flow engineering across multiple platforms (CUCM, Unity, UCCX/UCCE, Expressway).
  • Virtualization and Cloud Migration expertise, deploying IPT solutions on UCS platforms or migrating to cloud-based collaboration (Webex Calling, Cisco HCS).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cisco UC products and technologies, including CUCM, CUC, IM & Presence, and Expressways.
