Parametric Designer

This role is ideal for a skilled technical designer with experience in computational design and parametric workflows. As a key member of the Design team, you will be responsible for advancing the capabilities of the studio and promoting BIM and digital modelling workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in project phases including programming, conceptual designs, presentations, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with design teams, clients, and consultants to meet project objectives.
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, plans, elevations, details, and sections.
- Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
- 6+ years of related project experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding graphic presentation and written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in modeling using 2D/3D software such as Revit, Octane, 3dViz, 3ds MAX, and/or Rhino utilizing V-Ray.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge in sustainable design principles required.
