Patient Communication Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to high-level patient calls and communicate with healthcare providers.
- Initiate outbound calls to obtain patient information from doctors, patients, and insurance companies.
- Maintain effective communication with Revenue Cycle Management teams.
- Investigate Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and denials to assist patients.
- Update patient demographic information in the billing system.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
- Able to learn Revenue Cycle Management workflows and patient communication protocols.
- Strong customer service skills for resolving patient concerns.
- Effective soft skills to enhance the patient experience.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
