Patient Communication Specialist

Role Summary
At Technocruitx Universal Services Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Patient Communication Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with patients and healthcare providers to resolve account-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-level calls from patients and provider offices, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to referring doctors, patients, and insurance companies to gather information and update patient accounts.
- Respond promptly to RCM voice mail and email, ensuring that all communication channels are managed effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments within Revenue Cycle Management to resolve patient-related issues.
- Research explanation of benefits (EOBs) and/or denials in the system to assist patients and explain their benefits.
- Update the billing system with new patient demographic information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms, including our billing system.
- Ability to learn Revenue Cycle Management workflows related to patient communication.
- Strong customer service skills to resolve patient concerns and provide a positive experience.
- Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Previous call centre/BPO experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
