  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms to track and measure campaign performance and inform data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth and develop recommendations to enhance the company's marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to propose innovative strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention and implement tactics to optimize customer acquisition and retention rates.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop tactics to reduce churn rates and increase customer lifetime value and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and other promotional activities.

Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing or related field.

Skill:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions and knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
