Distributor Sales Manager Position for Mass Market Expansion

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through distribution channels in their assigned territory, aiming to achieve market leadership and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic distribution plan to establish a robust promoter channel and drive sales growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for all products by executing the distribution strategy effectively.
  • Collaborate with zone and circle teams to achieve revenue targets by promoting unlimited products and expanding mass retail distribution.
  • Monitor the quality of acquisition through the distribution channel and track competitor schemes and programs.
  • E nsure availability of stock at retail outlets while adhering to established norms.
  • Design and implement promotional activities to drive sales and build market credibility among channel partners.

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.
  • Expand retail presence through increased outlet numbers in existing and new geographies.

Leadership and Management

Lead and manage direct sales executives (DSEs) to ensure they meet performance targets and adhere to systems and formats. Monitor DSE availability, stock holdings, and day-to-day performance reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduation from a recognized institution.
  • Post-graduation in business management or MBA.
  • 1-4 years of experience in distribution planning and channel implementation.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹8.5 lakhs - ₹12.5 lakhs based on location and industry standards. This estimate may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
